New beta version of 4Team for MS Outlook 2002

New features and additions:
- support for Exchange type profiles
- support for 4Team Server™ (will be available in September)
- support for 4Team Online Services™ (beta will be available on next week)
- full drag & drop, copy & paste support for Calendar, Contacts and Tasks Project and Personal folders
- auto-copies of project contacts in Personal Folders
- resend project documents to selected participants
- change Team Members e-mail address
- a project name is added as category in tasks and appointments when copied to Personal Folders
- Mark All As Read in Team Members folder
- Import/Export menu becomes disabled when any of Team Folders is selected
- Simple/Unread view in Tasks
- By Category view in Discussions
- the Details tab in the Task form
- Activities tab in the Team Member form
- activation status message in Administration Area of Team Folders

Fixed problems:
- ActiveSync – related problems
- appointments with the current member only in the Invite.. field appear on Project Home page
- tasks with the current member only in the Assign To.. field appear on Project Home page
- all managers are able to delete any document from project
- all managers are able to delete any contact from project
- the Resend Info button has been disabled for the current user in Project Administration
- the bug of multi-day appointment on project Home folder has been fixed
- the bug with dates order in appointment list on project Home folder has been fixed
- the bug that project leading manager loses editing/deletion rights when assigning another manager to a task has been fixed

The release of this version with the new integrated Dashboard4Team (separate license) will be available by the end of next week.

4Team Online Beta (4Team with and/or without Outlook) will also be available next week.
