I love this product. Its interface with Outlook is excellent.

Honestly, I'm a bit...tech challenged. I have to say that, at the very beginning, instructions/communications could have been a bit more clear. Having got that out of the way, once I started, the process went flawlessly. It did what it was supposed to do and it did it quickly. I had to manually sort/merge some of the contacts (37 year of running my own landscaping business...ya rack up a few complicated contacts, y'know!) but I expected that, and that part of the process was also easy to figure out and worked well. I should clarify that I purchased both the Duplicate Killer and vCard.
